History
1977 – L&F Builders began serving clients and building custom homes in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. Owned and operated by Fred & Lana Patrick.
1977-2003 – Due to demand for their quality home building, L&F grew quickly in a few short years, and built over a dozen custom homes, as well as speculative homes for satisfied clients.
2003 – A milestone for the company occurred when Fred & Lana’s son, Ashley, came on board and L&F Builders became L&F Construction.
2003-Present – L&F Construction has expanded their services from building quality custom homes to remodeling, home repairs, and custom home additions.
The first generation – Fred & Lana
Fred and Lana Patrick have a passion to see families overjoyed with experiencing their dream homes come to life through their vision, oversight, and hard work through the construction process. With Fred’s background in retail sales and Lana’s background in real estate, together they have a unique perspective that allows them to hear, understand, and create the homes that exceed their clients’ expectations. Family is of utmost importance to Fred and Lana. They especially enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren.
The second generation – Ashley
After serving as a youth leader for 2 years, and in the Marines for 6 years, Ashley Patrick returned to Northwest Arkansas to join the family business. Part of the growth and success of L&F Construction is due to his addition. Ashley’s heart for serving people, and his degree in Psychology, are a winning combination for the L&F team, as well as the families that entrust them with their homes. Ashley is dedicated to his family and lives in Fayetteville with his 3 children.
